CONTENT CREATOR CONSENT 

Health Nag Food Supplements Trading LLC, a wellness brand headquartered in Dubai, PO Box 567100, UAE (hereinafter referred to as “Health Nag”);

 Content and Usage Rights 

 The Content Creator agrees that Health Nag, or any party authorised by Health Nag, may create and use still images, video recordings, and audio recordings featuring the Content Creator and/or Health Nag products (referred to as the “Materials”) in connection with Health Nag’s brand, advertising, and promotional efforts. 

 The Content Creator grants Health Nag full, exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable rights to use, reuse, edit, adapt, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the Materials across all platforms and media, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, websites, paid ads, email marketing, and print, without the need for additional permission or payment. 

 This grant of rights includes both current and future content featuring Health Nag products or related activities, created by or in collaboration with the Content Creator. 

 Term 

 The Content Creator agrees and acknowledges that: 

• They are not entitled to any further payment, royalties, residuals, or compensation of any kind now or in the future in connection with the use, promotion, or distribution of the Materials by Health Nag. 
• Health Nag may use their name, likeness, voice, image, biographical information, and any other identifying characteristics for promotional purposes worldwide and in perpetuity. 
• They waive all moral rights or similar rights to the Materials and shall make no claim of ownership, authorship, or creative contribution. 
• They may not request removal, demand credit, or seek compensation for any use of the Materials by Health Nag. 
• Health Nag is not obligated to use any of the Materials and may edit, modify, or repurpose the content at its sole discretion. 

 Warranties 

 Content Creator warrants that: 

• He/She has full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement; 
• He/She is legally a resident in the United Arab Emirates and holds a valid UAE Content Creator / Influencer Licence, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations, authorising the promotion of commercial products and services. 
• This Agreement does not conflict with any existing commitments. 

Governing Law 

 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
