I definitely can see results. Personally I don’t feel the joint ache any more, my family tells me my hair is better- I see it too. I do believe it supports my skin also.
Idk if it’s ok to do, but I dissolve mine in warm water every morning and have it like tea before exercise- that’s my ritual. I like the taste so it’s a nice drink.
The only thing though - I wish the size was bigger. I seriously need a double, perhaps I take too much.
My two year old demanded to try it, so now she likes it too. I give it to her from time to time, I can’t see how collagen can be bad.

Really love this collagen! It’s so tasty, that I can’t wait to take it in the morning. Sometimes I take a spoon before sleep to double the benefit of it, and avoid eating sweets, hahaha. Definitely highly recommend it!

This the first time I've tried collagen and I feel there is a glow to my skin already. It's light on the body and tastes great.
